EdgeTracker is Edgetech Computing's custom web based IT support system.

Based on our client's needs, we have developed a web-based application that allows our customers to report any issue, 24/7. A support ticket is automatically assigned to the appropriate Edgetech support representative. Any update or final resolution is reported back to the person who created the ticket instantly via email.

Individuals with Edgetracker access can look at all current and past tickets. We've also created different levels of users. Executives, Management or In-House IT personnel can view tickets and reports of all users.
